- Label is Pendleton, made in U.S.A (Portland, Oregon) with 100% pure virgin wool in a heavy, beautiful quality sky blue and white houndstooth fabric
- Classic, Scottish kilt style skirt, with zipper and button closure at the hip
- Sits fitted at the high waist and flares out mid length past the knee. Pleated all the way around
- Size "women's" XS-Small. Modelled undersized (not zipped up all the way) on a size Medium. Please note that both buttons could be moved to gain another couple of inches at the waist.
